Your Right to Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time.
How to Submit a Request
To request deletion of your data, send us an email at hello@getmonkey.app with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- The email address associated with your account
- A description of the data you want deleted
Process
We will process your request within a maximum of 30 days. We will confirm when the deletion has been completed.
Data We May Retain
In some cases, we may retain certain information due to legal or tax obligations, even after a deletion request.
